US spokeman admits they are currently holding "around" 1000 prisoners worldwide, but only 540 of these are in Cuba - and they refuse to say where the rest are being tortured er, sorry, held for interrogation.

This follows last month's US Supreme Court ruling that the detainion was illegal, and therefor it follows that the USA has been committing war crimes by their inhuman and degrading treatment of POWs.
