Angel The original was a classic with a storyline and FX way ahead of its time. I'm still amazed that this is a Disney franchise. Heard mixed reports of the new release.
SJB Bruce Boxleitner appears again as Alan Bradley in the real world, but doesn't play Tron in the computer world. I shan't say more for fear of spoiling anything.

The film was stunning in IMAX 3D. I remember the original too, which I saw on Betamax video! Looking back, it seems quite prophetic: the notion of downloading oneself into digital form and living a virtual life was high fantasy in 1982 but is now part of everyday life for nearly 1 billion facebook users...
