veritas a report in Oz from ACMA - an organisation exactly the same as the toothless UK equivalent OFCOM.

A NSW politician was filmed leaving a gay sauna and in the media hue and cry as he resigned as a minister every excuse under the sun used..he was "married and leading secret life " (says who ?..not one media pundit could possibly say they knew what his family thought and if everyone like me in the media knew the world's worst kept secret I'm sure his wife and grown-up kids did)..

shock and horror using his ministerial car to go to gay sauna (but all politicinas are allowed to use their cars on private business)...and so on.

But the spectactular reason given that the complete ingtrusion into a private life :..because he resigned over the matter the original report wasn't offensive because it subesequently explained why he resigned....uhhhh ??

The media always wins even when it is wrong:

A television report showing former NSW transport minister David Campbell leaving a gay nightclub was in the public interest even though it invaded the MP's privacy, the media watchdog says.
