david It's all about transcribing Arab script using our alphabet and phonetics. There are so many dialects and distinct forms of Arabic that it must be nigh on impossible to get it 'right'.
JK2006 On their front page they spell Gadaffi's name one way in the headline and Gaddafi in the first line of the story! I've seen others (even on here) spell it Qadafi.

It's so confusing.
