Solihull Exile Like Angel and your good self I went freelance many years ago.Best decision I ever made.

Good luck to you,and keep us all posted with how you get on.
Angel I made the jump to freelance 13 years ago and never looked back Stevie. Good luck with your new venture.
steveimp Since becoming a freelance IT trainer / consultant, it's fantastic. I'm not on a secured income, sometimes I can earn more in a week than in a month then not much for a few weeks, but I've never been as happy.

No more slave to a system where you work hard but because you don't lick arse you don't get on. I can even take a shower half way through the day if I want (and just have!).

Phone on the go, emails to and through and just making my first training DVD on two monitors which makes my office look like the USS Enterprise, it's just fantastic.
