There IS a huge difference (and btw the 250 million is for 6 months work in the area).

Why can it have been used "more wisely" ?

What is "more wise" that saving millions of lives and getting rid of a psychopath?

If we dont get rid of him now ... we will have to eventually AND it will only encourage others if they see we turn a blind eye to murder in order to repress your own people.

JK, By closing a discussion thread you are acting as a dictator and a hypocrite.

You constantly argue against censorship yet by preventing discussion thats what you are doing.

I think a little more censorship is all that is required. The board is moderated and messages checked before being posted so I assume some messages aiming personal insults against you are never posted which is something everyone would agree is correct. Why not extend that principle? If it is a post by a regular contributor just ask them to contact the moderator offline.

Look at this this way - JK owns this site, he directs this site and he manages this site. If he is unhappy at something about this site, he changes it. It's not a democracy here, because you are in "someone's public house" so to speak.

In my moderator role as Dictator and Hypocrite (and looking forward to NATO becoming involved) I now also declare this thread closed - reason; because it's boring me into a coma and my finger no longer agrees to authorise posts to it.

Libya is now £25 billion....so how much for a real toughie like JK?
