Yes it does help to have a few centimes put by for a rainy day
veritas Strauss-Kahn Case Seen as in Jeopardy

I predicted that this would end in tears.

Given Strauss-Khan's high profile and wealth he has the advantage that he can afford to have his accuser investigated and the cops had to tread carefully.

Still-his career has been destroyed although given France is a bit more liberal he may still be a presidential candidate and succeed.

Anyway else would be in jail for 20 years.
