JK2006 Oh yes; complained to the PCC - they investigated fully and found no evidence the photo had been tampered with. The fact that the Chairman of the PCC at the time was Les Hinton, boss of News International, might have assisted their contemplations.

Did you in fact complain about the original doctored pic? And if so as the witness has been proved to be of bad character can these things be looked at again.
