GeminiUK	This law looks well dodgy! Oh and sexist!! Over on the Mail site most are against it...sense in the media at last?
veritas	we need a Rebekah's Law..the right to know if we have been hacked.
Evo	Got to agree if this is the case then men should definitely be able to check if a woman has any record of false accusations or violent behaviour aswell. Perhaps there should be a false accusers register for women much like the sex offenders register.

Why not a Clare and Clive's Law? And why not give men the right to check whether any prospective partner has a previous record for making false accusations, whether sexual allegations or allegations of domestic violence?
