This law looks well dodgy! Oh and sexist!!

we need a Rebekah's Law..the right to know if we have been hacked.

Got to agree if this is the case then men should definitely be able to check if a woman has any record of false accusations or violent behaviour aswell.
Perhaps there should be a false accusers register for women much like the sex offenders register.
Women could be given the right to know whether their partners have a history of violence under plans to be considered by the Government.
Why not a Clare and Clive's Law? And why not give men the right to check whether any prospective partner has a previous record for making false accusations, whether sexual allegations or allegations of domestic violence? Or criminal records for physically abusing their children (according to the NSPCC's own figures, more mothers physically assualt their children than do fathers)?
