Topic History of: Man released from prison so he won't become a "bitch" ?

veritas Speaking of 'becoming a bitch..' as a fan of so many cop shows I was watching Law & Order: Special Victims Unit one of my favourite trashys and this subject cropped up as one of the coppers gleefully alluded to a dreadful crim that he could look forward to becoming 'someone's bitch on Rikers Island' (and there is always an inference that will be some big black man).

So in the USA- and this is expressed on internet boards everywhere - it's just common talk that once in jail someone can expect to be raped, sexually abused and so on.

Something very odd about a society that pursues people for 'sexual assault/ abuse" crimes and deliberately sends them to an institution where they will be sexually assaulted/ abused, dontcha think ?

and it must go on as the judge confirmed with this judgement.
In The Know Thats the headline story ...
the truth is that the CofA decided that he should never have gone to prison in the first place !
