He didn't deny it,or mention his innocence.
Is this man really fit to be in such an important position? No wonder the country is in such a mess

well really..if he was done for arson and rose to the position he is on now it shows we live in a civil and humane society that will forgive your mistakes and give you a second chance (unless you GG of course)..which oddly, he is trying to change.

BBC Radio Nottingham gives Clegg a grilling- the bit about his arson conviction is just under 2 minutes from the end and he says it's irrelevant. But the whole 6 minutes is worth a listen as the interviewer is clearly building up to it.
This government is unbelievable. The Prime Minister, Chancellor and Mayor of London were members of a club of wealthy teenagers who trashed other people's property, and now it turns out Nick Clegg was once an arsonist.
