cillas big arse	Mel Gibson was arrested early Friday morning by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in Malibu, Calif. on the suspicion of DUI, reports TMZ.com and CNN. His bail was set at $5,000. Gibson, 50, was pulled over while speeding while going eastbound on the Pacific Coast Highway, was given a Breathalyzer test and was arrested at 2:36 a.m. according to the arrest report. The 'Passion of the Christ' actor was booked at 4:06 a.m. A spokesman for the Los Angeles Country Sheriff's Department told TMZ.com that, "Mel Gibson was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. He was released later this morning. The investigation was still ongoing, just like it would be with any other person."
