JK2006 or the immediate aftermath. Waiting for a taxi, heard a woman scream, a young guy shot around the corner on a bike with a large bag dangling, followed by a shrieking Japanese tourist. Looked like he'd grabbed it off her shoulder - a revision of the old Italian-on-a-scooter game from the 60s in Rome. He disappeared in seconds.

So watch your bags.
