Prunella Minge Another odd thing - his wife, Yvette Cooper, looks remarkably like him if you ignore the hair and focus on the face (especially the mouth). Very narcissistic, these politicians - they long for someone else as big a misfit as they are.

Prunella Minge One of the unfortunate aspects of modern politics is how few politicians really understand economics in any kind of depth, so mediocrities like Balls rise up through the ranks without much competition (after all, he's in a party where his predecessor, Alan Johnson, confessed he wasn't remotely qualified for the job).
