robbiex I Went to see this the other night, expecting a run of the mill rom-com with a few aimless laughs, however this film is much more than that. It is funny, tender, thought provoking, and life affirming, in a way I haven't seen since American Beauty.

It covers so much ground and has many different threads, without becoming over-complicated.

For a change it shows the man as the "victim" in a divorce, after his wife has an affair. There are some great scenes too, like when the lead character Steve Carrel is crying in the toilets at work, his boss talks to him and says whats the problem. He says "I'm getting a divorce", and the boss says "oh just a divorce, I thought it was cancer" and then walks off laughing.

Go see it, you won't regret it.
