Topic History of: Rudi Guede innocent too?

JK2006 I believe he was convicted of killing Meredith "with Knox and Sollecito"... since they didn't kill her, his conviction must surely be overturned?

The law is very good at unsafe convictions; my convictions were specifically dated - that I was guilty of crimes committed on specific dates. Now I have proof I was in America on one of those dates I cannot see how I can still be considered guilty of that crime.

Judges and lawyers like to have their cakes and eat them too; if the Italian prosecutor thought he'd be clever and screw Amanda and Raphaele by phrasing Rudi's conviction in that way (his trial was before theirs), he has to accept now that Rudi is innocent too.
