veritas I'm wrong which is soooooooooo rare.

He did kill his brother in self defense and wasn't charged with that.

which makes him a killer.

that won't let you of the hook of the fickle finger of a bent cop points your way

having watched the complexities of this case over the past few years it does show how easily it can happen.

The man's uncle has been agitating for years (the murders happened in 1998)and finally the police took notice and charged him and he was convicted.

Since he was released the uncle has been screeching on every TV show that he "got off on a technicality" and not one, not one single "journalist" has pulled him up on it this false claim.

the man was released because the judges found the evidence was flawed..the forensics..the only evidence...was totally flawed. IE- there was no evidence..that is not a technicality.

I've also heard at least 2 broadcasters say "Killer Geoffrey Gillam walked free form jail today".."killer"?
and one said "after decades in jail"..decades ?,,it was 2 years.

more proof the media have become dangerous and inept.

##the fact the uncle would have inherited the murdered parents estate if the son was convicted is entirely co-incidental.
Hymen Melville No, I've just tried, as modestly as I can, to lead a decent life. Apologies.
