A ticket fine was the appropriate penalty. educating her at this stage is a fool's mission. Better to concentrate on the millions of uneducated proles in the coming generations.

JK2006	Not the slightest flicker of concern for the baby left stranded this Christmas... as I've always known, most public concern for children is fake and insincere.
