JK2006 David on Marr today (Sunday 11th Dec) so intelligent, measured, sensible - God we could do with him running the country (with Shami Chakrabarti!).

As he says about global warming; we cannot stop it. We can only slow it down.
Cowcumber and Possett I spent today driving 3 hours to some awful industrial estate near Heathrow. Do some hard dull work for a client then drive back up the M1 home again cursing my lot. Then I watched the fantastic frozen planet just now and agreed with Sir David; it is a wonderful world. just wonderful..
JK2006 This has been an astonishing series; every show has incredible sequences - I think last week's frozen brine was the most bizarre of all. The pebble stealing penguin with his sly glances and surreptitious robbing was fabulous. But all the camera work has been magnificent.

David Attenborough? Talk about a fucking national treasure!
