One big problem with policing...politicians constantly demanding 'clear-up' rates.
andrew Nothing coppers are not even fully checked when they join most have criminal records and some even committed burglary whilst being on the beat. Some are nounces they even break the laws that they bitch about to people i.e seat belts, using phone whilst driving, parking, speeding if thou they don't need to in most cases and littering. You can't even hold a alcohol without being questioned.

If a landlord did this they be fined heavily that they might not recover fully pubs have suffered hard in recent years.
