angel During the years when Channel 4 had some decent programming I recall a show where they blindfolded a group of people and dumped them in the middle of some foreign country with no cash and challenged them to get back home. Made great viewing.
JK2006 Watching Coach Trip - the point I loved about the Ultraquiz ORIGINAL format was that failed competitors had to get themselves back to Britain (with virtually no money) - so the better they did, the further they went and the worse the penalty if they lost.

This element was dumped before we did the first series (but AFTER I'd signed up to host it) as it was deemed "too cruel".
I thought the "return" would be damn good TV.
Film them begging, saving, finding kind charity etc...

That would have got ME tuning in.
