Prunella Minge Ha! It's all changed these days!
andrew Prunella are board at FIFA or is that I have a old fashioned thought that women nothing about football ? (no offence)
Prunella Minge This is old news really. The new FIFA Financial Fair Play rules come into force next season - most clubs have been working to be ready for that. Chelsea and Manchester City will test the regulations the most, obviously, but at least this should see a tiny bit more sense intrude on the madness:

* Break-even requirement - clubs must not spend more than they generate over a period of time
• No overdues payable during the season - towards other clubs, employees and/or social/tax authorities
• Provision of future financial information - to ensure clubs can meet their future obligations
andrew Look at Man UTD maybe richest in the league and they still paying interest.
In The Know HMRC files to put Rangers into administration.

The truth is there is hardly a football club anywhere that is not technically bankrupt.

These are businesses and should be run as such, but instead they pay a ridiculous amount in wages (often 4/5th of income).

They have priced themselves out of the market as far as many fans are concenred and only have themselves to blame.
