Prunella Minge Everything that's good on BBC Four further highlights what's wrong with BBC2.
JK2006 Second episode - still good fun.
It's not great TV, like the Danish ones, but still worth watching.
JK2006 Much slagged off by the critics but I enjoyed it.
DJones And it's an Herculian task to condense italian sentences with 80 or so words into english ones with 10 or 15.
JK2006 Loving Montalbano - totally different from the superb Danish series but great fun in a different (Italian) way. For a start; Italy is one of my favourite countries and Italians are some of my favourite people. Two - Italian is my very favourite language (though so fast it makes reading subtitles a feat of Hercules). Third - great writing, acting, direction. So here we go again; Saturday nights are BBC4 nights.
