In The Know (sometimes) Interesting question - and your own experiences will colour your answer !
Frightened So either 12 & 13 year olds were so brilliant at covering their tracks that it took 3 trials to convict them...
OR...
our police and CPS are so useless and incompetent that it takes 3 trials to convict them.

Which is more disturbing?
Could they have been "fitted up"?
Or are we just governed by total incompetence?
