JK2006 I was so glad - I thought it was just me who cared that polit-speak is totally incomprehensible... the Minister of overseas something or other (I have no idea who he is) has mastered the art of using truisms, cliches, technical terms, waffle, PR phrases (ah, he's Andrew Mitchell; never heard of him, never want to again)... in 10 minutes he spoke relentlessly and said absolutely nothing.
