He is a lousy newspaper man. he learnt form Kerry Packer who built a massive media empire by hiring the very best. However Packer believed in loyalty and rewarded those who remain loyal... years after his death there are hundreds still on generous pensions. Murdoch did and does the opposite...once used up he spits them out but they go elsewhere taking their skills with them. Kelvin McKenzie is the sort of man Murdoch admires and it's mutual. But McKenzie has done him more damage than he realises...same with the red haired c*nt.
