You can get diced cucumber.
JK2006 Well, fork crushed has intentional lumps or chunks in it - which I find a more interesting texture.
Mashed, for me, is much smoother and done with a different utensil.
Pureed or blendered are like thick sauce - fine but depends on your mood.
