It is argueable that this subject - secret trials / abductions / renditions / torture etc (all of which can and DO happen when the curtains are closed) - brought down B-Liar.

It is argueable also (cause and effect) that repressive measures LEAD TO attacks - not contain them (would July 7th have happened at all had we not sought to repress people?)

And who says we need them anyway ?

The Intelligence Services !!! LOL - The ones who told us Saddam had WMD !!!
