The government's message seems to be ... stop smoking - but not yet (as we need the taxes) !

Carl I think it is a ridiculous idea, a little bit like the suggestion of hiding the salt in fish and chip shops to discourage the customer from having it on their food.

All this is going to achieve is longer queues in shops.
