So far as I know if even only one person at the game wants Joey Barton to be arrested for his assault in the pitch the police must act. A crime is still a crime even if it is committed on a football pitch.

From his tweets Barton seems to think he is untouchable.
robbiex Fantastic game listening on radio 5. I thought they'd blown it losing at full-time, then they get two goals in injury time. Talk about giving Man Utd a taste of their own medicine.
