Foz A couple of observations - the German dignitary doing a Nazi salute style wave to his home team and the BBC's stupid choice of awkward looking Alan Partridge head mics with 'skin tone' filters. Couldnt they have used the more descrete lapel ones which have been around for years and sound less muffled? It wasnt as if they were getting up to do a step-aerobics class. Nit picking aside, great entertainment.
JK2006 Yup - spectacular success; loved it; a triumph.
robbiex Loving it so far, exuberant, funny, quirky and joyous occasion, not a dry house in the stadium. I knew Danny Boyle would deliver.
