Hedda H. Roman Polanski: A Film Memoir

interviews with the prosecutor, defense lawyer etc. Even the prosecutor says the judge was setting Polanski for a long sentence and was going to re-neg on his plea bargain deal...which would have meant no-one would ever trust a plea deal again.

Also terrible prejudice from the non-Hollywood LA establishment..."dwarf kyke " etc

Just watched a fascinating documentary on Roman Polanski centered around the horrible death of the beautiful Sharon Tate and his 'rape' trial.

What a clash of cultures-European & US values all tumbled up with a perplexed Roman at the centre.(you get the feeling the girl in question wishes she had never complained)

Dear Russel Harty pops up interviewing Polanski. What a nice personality he was and an excellent interviewer. Jonathan Ross before his time.

Did JK know him ?

What was the documentary called?
JK2006 Knew him well HH. He championed my 1972 Munich Olympic Games Theme (hear it on You Tube).
