In The Know The REAL reason for the delay in the cull -

apparently there are too many badgers - and the (mad) farmers dont want to pay for the cull (as they were expected to pay for each badger killed)!

.... so much for "protecting our cattle" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
