Hedda earlier this week I falsely accused the late Jimmy Savile of eating my hamster.

It was an unforgivable mistake. I now see in the Telegraph www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-...tion-overturned.html

..that a man called Max Clifford may have eaten my hamster.

Correction : on re-reading the story it seems that someone called Freddie Starr was the culprit.

Thank God for Britain's fearless media. These outrages would remain silent without their vigilance.
It seems The Sun exposed Starr decades ago as a hamster eater.
But where was the BBC when Starr was attacking innocent hamsters?.
