Distressed/not distressed, willing/unwilling, legal/illegal, under 16/over 16 - I don't think the media cares for these distinctions, and most of the herd are too dumb to make such discernments in the middle of a moral hysteria.
How could the BBC let an innocent 16 year old child into Savile's dressing room over 20 years ago? Outrageous!
Meanwhile, 16 year old 'teenagers' are mature enough to decide upon matters of huge international and geo-political importance, and vote in the Scottish independence referendum :

The dominant all-NEGATIVE narrative sells news, and GOOD news is NO NEWS !
OK, touchy-feely Jim went too far, far too often. Yet there are MANY NON-victims for FOR FREE(not Fat SIX-Figure Fees)ALL IGNORED by a bent-system that only wants BAD NEWS.
As ever, what they they don't want known, they just leave out.
Why no bent-cops/multi-agency nationwide trawling 24/7 for the all-unreported many aMused, not aBused ?

Horrified David Nicolson, now 67 who worked as a director on Jim'll Fix It, claims he kept trying to blow the whistle — but the mantra from everybody he told at the Corporation was: “That’s Jimmy.”
David caught the perv in his Jim’ll Fix It dressing room with a girl aged “16, maybe 15”. He said bosses told him: “That’s the way it goes.” The BBC knew full well Savile had a sick lust for young girls but left victims at his mercy. He said of the girl, who was in her mid-teens and may even have been at school: “She had long brown hair and looked very, very young.”
“I was revolted by his behaviour. They just shrugged it off, saying, ‘Yeah, yeah — that’s the way it goes’.”
“There were always girls in Jimmy’s dressing room. Everyone would have known about it — all the hair and make-up people, the wardrobe, show directors, producers.”
Married David, recalling his reaction when he walked in on Savile and the young girl, said: “I was shocked. I’d gone in to talk business — and quickly got out.”
“It was a bog-standard changing room in the basement. They both quickly pulled up their pants. "
"The girl could have been 16, maybe 15. But she was just one of many — he always had one in the room. He said: “What do you want young man?” and shouted at me to get out of the room. "
