THAT is quite a healthy option ... was the Salmon done in Norway then imported or are people making it in the UK? The Norwegians are sick of Salmon. There was a law years ago limiting the amount of times a week Norwegian workers could be given Salmon for dinner. Norwegians go mad for cauliflower though and they have some weird foods which are basically eaten rotten!
The food market on the quayside in Helsinki is THE place though. Terrifying selection of all sorts of stuff ... even tins of bear meat!

Roast sounds fun PH: tell your family I'm available next time!
Just had wonderful Gravad Lax (cured raw salmon with dill sauce) and an avocado Pear vinaigrette.

it's like making music isn't it. Cooking and arranging / mixing .... "needs some top .... maybe even a bit of triangle" ... "needs some onion or is it garlic?" .... at hotel staff parties, the musicians and chefs always end up sitting together .... I've a great, simple Norwegian neck of lamb recipe for you if you want it.
Parsnips, shallots and celery are underused ingredients ... oh god, don't get me started on food ...!!

Last night my family and I went to the Roast restaurant in Southwark. I had the slow roasted free range pork belly followed by bramley apple and blackberry crumble.
Chicken breast gently heated with onlons; added cream, curry powder, herbs (mixed), olive oil; two pork sausages fried; carrots and peas boiled, then buttered; white wine spritzer with Sevres Muscadet 2010.
