bh That story misses out the April 1984 London Marathon. He ran this & the race was incorporated into The Old Record Club on Radio One. I used to have it on a cassette of it. It featured the charts of 1965 & 1977. Obviously the producer(the late Don George)was playing the records & their was a mistake in said show. The B side of Mike Nesmith's "Rio" was played in error. I would possibly say, that this was the only time, the programme went out live by JS & Don George.
JK2006 Forget the BBC and Parliament... now we find those Marathons were fixed. Is there no end to the man's evil?
