steveimp I adore liver, as does my son, particularly chicken liver. Because my son can't take 'normal food' we have to liquidise most food we give him, and a chicken liver casserole done this way (like an astronauts lunch) is absolutely sublime. The liver liquidises very well and the consistency is something that he loves. I really have to hold back on having the odd spoonful of it it's so delicious.

For me, floured pigs liver, a little Guinness in Vegetable stock, mushrooms, onions and potatoes in a slow cooker for 8 hours is my bliss.
JK2006 On BBC2 at the moment - offal and mushrooms, two of my favourite foods.

Delicious soft lamb's kidneys - succulent and fantastic. Rognons de veau - wonderful. Try them.
