Hedda I see a relative has caved in already but they weren't left much. Wonder if those who were left a fairly substantial trust will cave in as well (after suitable pressure)
Hedda 'Mr Marsden, 59, has claimed that when he was a young teenager, Savile took him to ‘‘paedophile parties’’ in London where he believes children as young as 10 were abused by wealthy and, in some cases, well-known men.'

Hedda achieve closure = receive large cheque
In The Know SINISTER !

"Meanwhile, an MP has said Savile's victims should be allowed to give anonymous evidence to the various inquiries being carried out into the allegations of sex abuse.

Lib Dem John Hemming said he was concerned about the effect of the investigations on those who had suffered.

He has tabled a Commons motion, which says while important that there is no cover up, those affected should be allowed to "feel supported and achieve closure given that Jimmy Savile will not be prosecuted".

I SAID AGES AGO THAT ANYONE COULD PUT IN A CLAIM !

Just say you met him - a hospital is a good bet - and the money will come flooding in !!!!!!!!
Hedda of the Temple ITK I have just ushered a friend through a debilitating estate battle and it's only been settled after 6 years and that was basically amicably. Legal fees ate up 25% and the settlement was on court steps to avoid 3/4 day court battle eating up another 30-35%

Freezing the estate is normal but the bank is also executor and they have no power to hand money over to anyone except those it was left to.

When an estate is disputed it all gets frozen and progresses through the courts at a snails pace.

Personally I'd say claimants have no case because Savile was dead and the assets belong to whoever was in his will. But I could be wrong.

Nor can charities he left money to just say give 'victims' money without long hard think.

complicated complicated complicated and could bring the whole structure undone.

it's lawyers picnic.

ps : the scrap metal merchant can always flog Jimmy's Roller and give the money to alleged victims.
