Pumpkinhead I haven't watched any weekend TV for a while. The last thing was Dr Who. I don't know if that's an age thing .. maybe?
Hedda The BBC has always been good value.

Imagine if the Murdoch's of the world could destroy it's name and it was carved up with the best bits sold off. No investigations , nothing.

No-one would create a conspiracy with that aim in mind.

Would they?
bh I must be in a minority here, as i'm watching "Bob's Full House" on Challenge TV. Then plan to watch "Sykes night" on BBC2. I though it about time, he was tributed. Although many of his shows with Hattie Jacques, seem to be full of continuity errors...But anyhow, it beats "Dad's bleeping Army". Will they ever stop showing that overplayed programme?
JK2006 Well, here I am on a Saturday watching Strictly (which has thrashed X Factor this year) followed by Merlin, which is great, and then my favourite Montalbano over on BBC4 thinking - worth every penny of my licence fee.
