Prior apology to JK for past, and this present and last, headache-making awful piece, to edit.
"An Appalling Vista", the phrase used in 1980 by Lord Denning in denial of police corruption. while also denying the ALL INNOCENT Birminghm Six the right to appeal.
In 1980, during an appeal by the Birmingham Six (who were later acquitted) Lord Denning judged that the men should be stopped from challenging legal decisions. He listed several reasons for not allowing their appeal: Just consider the course of events if their action were to proceed to trial ... If the six men failed it would mean that much time and money and worry would have been expended by many people to no good purpose. If they won, it would mean that the police were guilty of perjury; that they were guilty of violence and threats; that the confessions were involuntary and improperly admitted in evidence; and that the convictions were erroneous. ... That was such an appalling vista that every sensible person would say, "It cannot be right that these actions should go any further."
Now there are millions of words daily, nationwide on one subject. SEX. Age-Related or Criminal, variously defined.
Millions of words, read and heard by tens-of-millions including the very highest in Britain, about ancient, alleged-sexual touchings, and alleged sexual-Rapes from up to half-a-century past.
Alleged 'touchings', among the rough and tumble of childhood, while largely ignored are a vast very serious 90% Non-Sex Child Abuses. Non-Sex serious mental-emotional 'Mind Rapes', plus physical bullying abuses and child bloody tortures, too often causing child-suicides, all largely ignored.
Yet ancient sexual-touchings more than any other, allegedly cause entire lives ruined.
Particulalrly when media fat-fees, corrupt-compensation cash, greed, ratings and profit, are the immoral drivers. The huge overbearing presence of which are also immorally ignored by elite Brits in deep, deep denial.
On this very site read by many, including some elite Brit media, police, politicians and lawyers are references to PROVEN DOCUMENTED NON-SEX SERIOUS CRIMES committed WITHIN the very highest British courts of Justice. Non-Sex VERY SERIOUS CRIMES for which many elite Brits in the past, including senior politicians have been imprisoned.
For: PERJURY, PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE, OBSTRUCTION OF DUE PROCESS, FABRICATING EVIDENCE, and much more.
Modern Brit-victim JK quote, " At the time I asked my lawyers to report her for perjury. They ROARED with laughter. "
AND, paraphrased, " My front door was PROVEN COLOURED WHITE when the false-accuser criminally assisted by senior police officers, LIED ON-OATH that it was BLUE.
Yet one of Britain's most senior Judges David Paget Q.C. at The Old Bailey summarised thus, paraphrased,
" Though the defendant's door was CLEARLY PROVEN NOT the colour as POSITIVELY SWORN ON-OATH by the victim er 'complainant'. The issue has NOT been to prove beyond reasonable W-H-E-N the crime was committed with NO EVIDENCE AT ALL, But to prove beyond reasonable doubt WHETHER the crime was commited at ANY time WITH NO EVIDENCE AT ALL. Case clearly proven. 7-years, take him down."
Yet all ignored are those Non-Sex VERY SERIOUS CRIMES committed against millions of children. And ON-OATH very serious Non-Sex crimes committed WITHIN Britain's very highest courts overseen by it's most senior Judges, also unmoved.
Non-Sex VERY SERIOUS CRIMES committed against Britain's own 'Child' raised to deliver supposed 'Traditional British Justice, Fairplay Freedom & Democracy'. Their own child VICTIM-JUSTICE ignored, abused, even sickeningly mocked by elite Brits routinely laughing at " BRITISH JUSTICE, SERIAL GANG-RAPED !".
So shocking, so familiar, so routine, so sad.
What kind of post-Holocaust supposed 'Free Liberal Democracy' which won wars to end-all-wars, now laughs at IT'S OWN CRIMINALITY ?
The ONLY language that such a foul, benighted nation understands from it's remaining honest people is: "Leaving on a jet-plane, or just plain - LEAVING ! "
