What a waste of court time. Is this an example of the constant cutting of our rights of free speech - no matter how we may dislike would is being said.
The Magistrate said 'could' have caused distress to the parents. Is there evidence that it did cause distress? Then perhaps there would have been a case, but 'could' is the optimum word. I could go out in my car now and knock someone over, but don't expect to be arrested now for it, as it's 'pre-crime' and there is no such thing in British law for that, as far as I understand it.
Just another person held as an example where the sheep have to understand that they cannot actually say anything without the Big Brother state agreeing with it.
