JK2006	Hefty penalties now brought in. I suspect this has been prompted by the increased police activity over online abuse; the Twitter/McAlpine libels, for example. Interestingly, I'm well aware that the more intelligent police have been data basing online abusers for years. They believe, more often than not, that those who think they can abuse anonymously (they are usually too dim to know their URL's can be traced with ease) are often some kind of criminals on other levels. You Tube, Twitter, Facebook and others regularly supply police with such details.
