Martin K ..especially if you are stuck on your own, as you get a good carb boost, without hastle of cooking.
My local Asian supermarket, sells them at three for a quid, any flavour, and even does a noodle tasting day!
I did dabble for a while with the idea of opening a noodle bar, I worked out that I could buy in at about 3p, and sell at
nathanjay a 25p reduced Southern Fried Chicken flavour Pot Noodle with a dash of Soy Sauce and Chilli Sauce makes a tasty, if not nutritional, evening "meal"
Martin K Lunch of chicken and pineapple, keema curry , pilau rice, tarka dahl and spinach and paneer samosas. Evening meal of asparagus pizzas.
One of those days in which you eat so much you wake up hungrier than you would normally.
JK2006 roasted pink (20 mins) with roast potatoes, asparagus and my special bread sauce (certified Best in the World by Michelin).
