139 were lying...Then, how about those that didn't decipher between whether they consented or not, until 40 years later? Then, those that also exaggerated, as in Miss Top Of The Pops 1976. Or those that are away with the fairies, totally. I'd likely say that 90% of the entire "case" has been fabricated. And a big percentage of the remainder were not really bothered at the time. The only real people that are bothered now, are the money grabbing media & the compensation claimants, that saw pound signs, back in October.

"..alleged sex abuse victims of the late Jimmy Savile has reached 450.
"The Operation Yewtree team said 589 alleged victims have come forward "
so already they are inferring around 150 are false. We are to believe that no-one willingly had sex with Savile in 40/50 years.
so Savile 'raped' approximately 10 people a year...and Fleet Street's finest never knew.
Instead Britain's entire media industry went on promoting Savile as he 'raped almost one person a month during his entire life and career.
Am in an alternative universe ?

Looks like a posthumous "Guilty" verdict is about to be delivered by the 'Boys in Tracksuits' (aka 'The Savile Police') www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-20697738

Probable eventual cost - 3-4 million quid? Nice hospital could be built for that. Society has gone mad; the media now totally rules budgets, political decisions, the Law - all for one reason... "It's A Great Story!".

did they interview Jimmy?. perhaps via a clairvoyant..he believed in that.
a lot of the wacky readers of the Daily Mail reckon he was 'creepy' because he was so close to his Mum.
odd.. a man is employed for decades with an act that includes dodgy died hair, cigar, bright tracksuits and the medis lurves it.....yet they can turn on sixpence and make that evidence of something else.
