JK2006 Extraordinarily topical (Mali) and the funniest and best way to deal with homophobia I've yet seen in the media.
JK2006 We still have some superb creative people (I see a new Jimmy McGovern series starts this week) but whoever trained up the people behind Borgen/Killing/Bridge/Girl Who and the sensational stuff coming out of Scandinavia should be rightly proud of themselves.

It really is superb. Makes my Saturday nights. Mind you, looking forward to Salvo coming back too.

Which reminds me - I should congratulate whoever found this vein of entertainment and signed it up for BBC4.
hedda I get the feeling British TV is getting into an intellectual rut.
JK2006 Such classy, intelligent, gripping, entertaining television comes out of Scandinavia; our British industry should be hanging its head in shame.
