Just open your eyes (not your mouth !), Emma !
If you want to eat meat ... go ahead ... but dont blame me when your arms start dropping off !!!
They say meat (esp British meat) is safe ... makes you wonder where foot and mouth / BSE / Listeria / Salmonella / E-Coli / Mad Cow disease / Uncle Tom Cobbly etc all came from then doesnt it ?

I thought they sold furniture (but as its not the sort of shop that I'd ever go in, how should I know?)
If you don't know, and never will, why bother telling us?
ITK makes a habit of waffling on about things he hasn't a clue about...nothing new there.

It seems that yet another who jumped on the "I knew Savile was a pedo" bandwagon Roger Jones, who claimed he refused to allow him to be involved with Children In Need had a murky background in Thalidomide :
" "I was never convinced that it was a classic teratogen ((a drug causing physical defects in a foetus)"
A reply about Jones from Christopher Lingard, Legal Adviser,Thalidomide Action Group :
"Unfortunately, since the Seventies, the level of the settlement has proved inadequate. Perhaps as Mr Jones and the other pharmaceutical companies rake in their profits, they will reflect on the fight that the British victims are still waging for realistic compensation."
as wise old Hedda always says : those in the business of "child protection" are the ones who should come under the microscope.
