Funny though, I only eat eggs from places where you can buy them with the 'crap' literally still on them. Luckily around these parts of North West Lincolnshire, we have an abundance of farm shops.

While we are on the topic of Italian cuisine, have a try of Calabrian fennel pollen - expensive but versatile and very distinctive.
