Ibuprofen made my stomach bleed in my last months in HMP and I had to spend the night in Maidstone Hospital, not something I recommend!
I have a home made lemsip by taking an anti-histamine, paracetemol and then a whole lemon and loads of manuka honey in hot water. Same ingredients but larger quantities and much more effective.

Monday night bad; Tuesday; throat a bit better but a cough and sinuses starting to snuffle.
